The Microsoft Exchange Online Standard service includes a number of standard features and configurable options. Each package, or seat, will have a combination of features designed for a particular class of users such as a Standard User as well as knowledge/task workers or deskless workers, such as call center staff. The table below lists two seat types and indicates the features that can be configured as options.
